 德國巴斯夫PA6概述:

　　PA6為乳白色或微黃色透明到不透明角質(zhì)狀結晶性聚合物，可自由著色，韌性、耐磨性、自潤滑性好、剛性小、耐低溫，耐細菌、能慢燃，離火慢熄，有滴落、起泡現(xiàn)象，成型加工性極好：可注塑、吹塑、澆塑、噴涂、粉末成型、機加工、焊接、粘接。PA6是吸水率高的PA，尺寸穩(wěn)定性差，并影響電性能（擊穿電壓）。PA6高使用溫度可達180℃,加抗沖改性劑后會降至160℃，用15%-50%玻纖增強，可提高至199℃，無機填充PA能提高其熱變形溫度。

德國巴斯夫PA6化學和物理性能：

　　PA6的化學物理特性和PA66很相似，然而，它的熔點較低，而且工藝溫度范圍很寬。它的抗沖擊性和抗溶解性比PA66要好,但吸濕性也更強。因為塑件的許多品質(zhì)特性都要受到吸濕性的影響，因此使用PA6設計產(chǎn)品時要充分考慮到這一點。為了提高PA6塑膠原料的機械特性，經(jīng)常加入各種各樣的改性劑。玻璃就是常見的添加劑，有時為了提高抗沖擊性還加入合成橡膠，如EPDM和SBR等。對于沒有添加劑的產(chǎn)品，PA6的收縮率在1%到1.5%之間。成型組裝的收縮率主要受材料結晶度和吸濕性影響。實際的收縮率還和塑件設計、壁厚及其它工藝參數(shù)成函數(shù)關系.
