非洲各國清關(guān)文件證書整理

非洲地區(qū)幅員遼闊，每個(gè)國家政策不同，對于進(jìn)口商品的規(guī)定也各不相同。對于出口商而言，最痛苦的事情莫過于貨物到了目的港，卻由于缺少清關(guān)證書而無法清關(guān)，特別是出口到那些信息不匹配、咨詢有所延緩的非洲國家，更是會(huì)經(jīng)常遇到無法清關(guān)的問題。
